Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that have been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper use or installation.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Process

Email our customer support team at support@cycra.com with your order number and reason for return. - Receive Authorization
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. - Ship the Product
Carefully package your item and include your RMA number on the outside of the box.- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Cycra error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the product has been received.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund at no additional cost.
